We operate by appointment only. Please contact us to arrange a time that best suits your schedule.

 

4. What products do you use in your treatments?

We use 100% natural and organic products, sourced primarily from all around the world such as Thailand, Canada, Japan and The US. Our commitment is to provide treatments free of chemicals, ensuring a pure and holistic experience.

 

5. Can I book treatments for couples?

Yes, we offer treatments for individuals and couples.

 

6. Do you offer any special packages or promotions?

7. Is there parking available at the spa?

Unfortunately, there is a parking lots nearby available and street parking. 

 

8. What should I expect during my first visit?

Please arrive 10-15 minute upon your appointment. 

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by our friendly staff who will guide you through your treatment options. We will conduct a brief consultation to understand your needs and preferences to tailor the treatment accordingly.

 

9. What should I wear to my appointment?

For Thai massage, you can wear comfortable clothing or use the spa cloth provided. For other massages, we will ask you to keep your underwear on to ensure your comfort and privacy.

 

10. What is your cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Please notify us at least 6 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any cancellation fees.
